There is no reverse side cutting and its all cut in one go. A vacuum table sucks away any small amount of smoke and ir pressure from above keeps the laser head clear of anything getting to where it shouldn't be but that can create issues with blowing lighter bits of cardboard around.

Hope that helps.Miniature Sceneryhttp://www.miniaturescenery.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-722258374122519275.post-30162466168495818232020-03-05T22:59:38.434+10:302020-03-05T22:59:38.434+10:30Hello, thanks for the info!

We had to put tabs in the wheels because if we didn't the laser would blow all the tiny bits of cardboard around inside the machine causing mis-cuts at best or fires at worse. We had several mis-cuts in testing due to errant cardboard bits so we didn't have a choice.MiniatureSceneryhttp://www.miniaturescenery.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-722258374122519275.post-4113338214882472472020-03-04T07:38:16.266+10:302020-03-04T07:38:16.266+10:30Thanks for checking out the blog Prof!
